REGAIN
REGAIN is a transnational project, with partner organisation in Belgium, France,
Italy, Wales and Scotland, established to help encourage the use of innovative products,
services and methodologies within mixed-use commercial buildings among Business Park
Managers and among the business community at large.
The key aims of REGAIN are to:
- Start a significant reduction in the emissions of greenhouse gases in the North West
Europe Region
- Stimulate the competitiveness of the regional economies through bringing new technologies
to market and developing new products
- Promoting the use of innovative eco-efficient design and materials in commercial
buildings
- Create a stronger link between R&D and market in the field of energy efficient and
environmentally sustainable technologies
- Carbon footprint reduction in the North West Europe area
- Strengthening the environment and energy efficiency awareness of Business Park Managers
- Contributing at improving legislative, regulatory and administrative tools
REGAIN Projects
4 Pilot Buildings, whose 3 in conception in Belgium (Bureau Economique de la province
de Namur), in Wales (Blaenau Gwent Council), in France (Parc des Industries Artois-Flandres),
and 1 refurbish building in Scotland (Energy Technology Centre) are in the heart
of the experience.
REGAIN Expert Partners
Reinforced by the french expertise of the Palme National Association predicated on
the networking exchange links, and by the Italian expertise of Environment Park which
enables the different participants to have a global reflection.
